Mommy to be is a 8 week pregnancy course specially designed for women at all stages of pregnancy. In our sessions, we focus on breathing, deep core activation, as well as strengthening and stabilizing exercises that help support your pregnancy, preparing you for the upcoming birth and recovery afterwards. These sessions are informative, safe, and fun, and will support you in staying strong and energetic throughout your pregnancy journey.

Baby Mamma is an 8-week postnatal course tailored especially for you who have just given birth. Through our program, we aim to provide you, the new mum, with the support and guidance you need to rebuild strength, pelvic stability, posture, and flexibility after your pregnancy and birth. At both the start and end of the course, you will be checked for rectus diastasis, also known as separated abdominal muscles. Additionally, it's a great reason to get out of the house and meet some wonderful women and babies, and even enjoy a coffee in the neighborhood after the session.
