Our goal is to create a space where you can find balance, improve your posture, and build a strong connection between body and mind. Classic Pilates is more than just a form of exercise – it's a holistic approach that focuses on building strength, flexibility, and stability.

At Frog, we offer small mat classes with a maximum of 8 participants in the group, so you always get the attention and adjustments you need during the exercises.

That's why everyone can participate in all classes, as we tailor the teaching based on your body's needs on that particular day.

We use a variety of equipment such as Magic Circles, hand weights, foam rollers, and more in our sessions, which are designed to both challenge and support you through the different exercises.
