Classic Pilates group training

Our classes are small and intimate with a maximum of 8 participants, ensuring you receive plenty of personal attention and support to get the most out of your workout. We primarily use your own body weight during the session but also incorporate various equipment such as the Magic Circle, dumbbells, and foam rollers when we want to challenge or support you in the exercises. Whatever your level, we guide you confidently through the session with a focus on balance, strength, and flexibility. We can't wait to welcome you onto the mat!

Classic Pilates is known for its many benefits, regardless of your level or life situation. With Frog Pilates online group classes, you can now enjoy all these perks from the comfort of your own home. Our live group sessions make it easy to incorporate Pilates into your daily routine, without worrying about travel time or finding a parking space.

Flexible training times

We offer online group workouts twice a week: Mondays and Thursdays at 8:00 PM. These times are chosen to fit into your busy schedule, so you can find time to exercise without it interfering with your other commitments.

I discovered Sara when I first started a postnatal program with her - a program I extended several times because it was so good! That's why I've also continued online with Sara and Frog Pilates. Sara has a truly unique approach to training, and a warmth and humour that are highly motivating. She catches all the little mistakes and adjustments - even though it's online. She knows your level and pushes you in the sweetest way, with loads of humour! I never stuck with any fitness regime before I started with Sara, but now I look forward to every workout because I know it's going to be tough and good - and fun at the same time.

Our multi-class pass is valid for all our sessions, whether it's in the studio or online.

1 clip - Valid for 1 month, 10 clips - Valid for 3 months, 20 clips - Valid for 6 months.
