Pilates studio with you in focus
At Frog, we offer small mat classes with a maximum of 8 participants per class, so you are always seen and corrected in the exercises.
This way, everyone can join any class, as we tailor the teaching based on your body's needs on that day.
We use a variety of equipment, such as the Magic Circle, dumbbells, foam rollers, and more in our sessions, designed to both challenge and support you in the different exercises.
