What is MELT?

The MELT Method is a gentle and effective approach to self-care, where we work with the connective tissue and the body's nervous system through specific techniques using soft balls and rollers. The goal is to hydrate the tissue, release accumulated tension, and stimulate the body's rest and repair system.

It feels a bit like an internal cleansing for the nervous system – and many experience that after just one session, their body feels lighter, more integrated, and less “on guard.”
